For all return inquiries please contact sales@kahlerusa.com. A return merchandise authorization number is required before returning all items. Please write this RMA number on the package before sending.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and all merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Kahler will provide the return shipping labels upon your request; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return value. Kahler will be responsible for shipping if the return is due to mechanical/ functionality issues and refund merchandise at full value.
Customers have 30 days upon delivery of merchandise to contact Kahler regarding returns. Customers will be refunded via the same method of payment once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Kahler International, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items being returned. We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance through your chosen shipping carrier. Items must be purchased directly from Kahler and original invoices must be in the returned package.
