These fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend speaking with your local customs department to understand the steps necessary to complete payment before your package arrives in order to avoid missed deliveries or your package being hung up in the delivery process. The shipping fee paid at checkout only covers the cost of shipping and does not include the potential costs of import fees. Please note that Kahler International, Inc. insures all of its packages based on value of contents, and that this value may impact the cost of your import fees.

If these import fees are refused to be paid by the customer upon attempted delivery and the delivery is sent back to us, the cost of incurred fees for the return will be deducted from the value of the return on your original purpose. If this scenario occurs and you wish to have your package shipped back to you a second time, you are subject to be charged for the cost of shipping again.
